This comprehensive course is designed for consultants who aim to master the art of managing and delivering project requirements efficiently using Azure DevOps Boards.

As a Functional Consultant, Developer, Solution Architect, or Project Manager working on Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Projects, you will need to have the skillset to effectively collaborate and track the project progress.

In this course you will get access to my knowledge and experience that I gained implementing D365 projects in many different industries and countries over the past 15 years. I will walk you through how I structure and configure my projects in Azure DevOps Boards and ensure the project is set up for success from the start.

You will get the most benefits from this course if you have between 1 to 10 years of experience and are working in those roles:

You will need at a minimum 2hrs per week over a periof of 6 weeks to get the most out of the course.
I would recommend dedicating 1hr per week to consume the content, and an additional 1 to 2hrs to complete the assignments and practice your knowledge you learned on real case projects.
